Terms & Conditions

Deposit

  • A $800 deposit is required at time of registration to secure your spot. Your deposit is non-refundable. An invoice with your balance and payment due date will be sent by May 1st 2025

Retreat Payment plan

  • Full Retreat fee balance due May 14th

  • A reminder invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.


  • If you are arriving early, you will receive personal recommendations for hotels near the airport

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel on or before May 1st you will forfeit your $800 deposit. 

  • If you made any payment other than the deposit before May 1st the remainder of your payment will be refunded to you less an additional $100 cancellation fee.

  • If you cancel after May 14th for any reason including, without limitation, physical or mental illness or injury, voluntary departure, and personal emergencies:

    • You will not be entitled to any refunded amounts, and 


    • You will forfeit all payments paid before that date.  

    • These payments are transferrable is you choose to send someone in your place.


    • This Cancellation Policy is firm and there are no exceptions. 

  • No pro-rata refund is available for late arrivals, early withdrawals, or dismissals with cause.
